SOTAI CORRECTIVE EXERCISES
Sotai means puppeteer and this natural movement therapy was developed by Dr. Hashimoto, who was interviewed on Japanese TV in the 1970’s following his use of Sotai to reverse Muscular Dystrophy. It teaches gentle, slow movement and breathing exercises to restore joint function and balance circulation of blood and bio-energy. These healing Sotai movements are learned by learning how to observe the body’s functional and dysfunctional motion and morphology from side to side and top to bottom.
